Dataset × Region
CPI / price pressure
MHLW add-ons
Revisions
Policy / provider layer · v3.1.7
resolver は第二の tariff table を持たず、canonical JWR policy.json reference_rates のB型 I–IIIを fee category、staffing、capacity、provider-entered average 工賃で絞り込みます。
Research principles
Provenance before persuasion. Official source material is retained as RAW, hashed with SHA-256, normalized, validated and only then published.
Geography
Dataset × Region is explicit. Japan, prefecture and city values are never silently substituted for one another.
CPI / price pressure
CPI is an external price-pressure proxy, not provider expenditure. Retail prices and minimum wage remain separate context layers.
MHLW add-ons
Add-on units and requirements may be shown beside related price evidence, but units are not subtracted from price changes and the result is not provider P/L.
Type B monthly average 工賃
FY2012–FY2022 uses the legacy payment-recipient denominator. FY2023+ reflects the new average-daily-user basis. JWR marks an explicit methodology break between FY2022 and FY2023.
Revisions
National FY2019 16,369→16,371 yen and FY2023 23,053→22,649 yen are formal MHLW corrections. The original FY2017 15,603 versus current 15,594 yen is stored separately as a publication discrepancy.
Policy / provider layer · v3.1.7
The resolver does not maintain a second tariff table. It filters the canonical JWR policy.json reference_rates for Type B fee categories I–III by fee category, staffing, capacity and the provider-entered average 工賃. Yen conversion uses canonical MHLW regional-grade one-unit prices from unit_economics. The global JWR region selector synchronizes the 工賃 prefecture where an exact prefecture or parent prefecture can be resolved; the MHLW regional grade remains a separate municipal reimbursement classification.
CPI / price pressure
MHLW add-ons
Revisions
Policy / provider layer · v3.1.7
Він фільтрує canonical JWR policy.json reference_rates для B型 fee categories I–III за fee category, staffing, capacity і provider-entered average 工賃. ¥-conversion використовує canonical MHLW regional-grade one-unit prices з unit_economics.
